It’s thePrivate Pilot’s prefered plane. Cessna started the construction in 1956 to replace the old 180 with conventional landing gear.

With its 230 Horsepower it is capable of flying to 145 Ktas in cruise and it can reach more than 915 Nautical Miles (Paris-Málaga). Its price New is close to 200 000 € what makes it a plane very appreciated by Private Pilots. Compared to the C172 and its 180 horsepower that can travel 640 Nautical miles (Paris-Madrid) and fly in cruise at 124 Kts, the C182 have a wider limited range. The C172 cost nearly 30 000 € less with 170 000 €.
